C\u2019est ce type de voiture qui sera command\u00e9e en trois exemplaires par le Grand-Duc Michel de Russie. Elles seront livr\u00e9es en octobre 1893 au palais imp\u00e9rial de Tsarsko\u00ef\u00e9 Selo (litt\u00e9ralement r\u00e9sidence des tsars), d\u00e9sormais appel\u00e9 Pouchkine (en r\u00e9f\u00e9rence au grand po\u00e8te russe).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 1894 il participa au concours ( qui n\u2019\u00e9tait pas une course ) Paris-Rouen o\u00f9 Panhard obtint avec Peugeot (motoris\u00e9 par Panhard) le premier prix . Il franchit la ligne quatri\u00e8me ce qui permet \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Panhard de partager le premier prix ( 5000 francs ) avec la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Peugeot fr\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il participa ensuite \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re course au monde Paris-Bordeaux-Paris en juin 1895 et arriva dans un rang honorable, sa voiture \u00e9tant une lourde limousine .<br>Entre le 24 et le 30 novembre 1893, Hippolyte obtient ses titres d\u2019autorisation de circulation dans la capitale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"903\" height=\"669\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost\/doyennes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/La_Panhard__Levassor_n\u00b013_dHippolyte_Panhard_en_1894_-Paris-Rouen-.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-383\" style=\"width:540px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.retrotechnic.com\/doyennes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/La_Panhard__Levassor_n\u00b013_dHippolyte_Panhard_en_1894_-Paris-Rouen-.jpg 903w, https:\/\/www.retrotechnic.com\/doyennes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/La_Panhard__Levassor_n\u00b013_dHippolyte_Panhard_en_1894_-Paris-Rouen--300x222.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.retrotechnic.com\/doyennes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/La_Panhard__Levassor_n\u00b013_dHippolyte_Panhard_en_1894_-Paris-Rouen--768x569.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 903px) 100vw, 903px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Hippolyte f\u00fbt mobilis\u00e9 en 1914-15 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 1918. Il demanda alors \u00e0 son fr\u00e8re Paul, plus jeune que lui et n\u2019ayant ps autant d\u2019enfants que lui, d\u2019assurer la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l\u2019entreprise. Hippolyte conserva la pr\u00e9sidencejusqu\u2019\u00e0 1940.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auparavant en 1907 (?), il cr\u00e9e une 2e usine \u00e0 Reims .<br>Fils unique de Ren\u00e9 Panhard il s\u2019impliqua beaucoup dans les premiers exploits de la firme doyenne et transmis \u00e0 son cousin Paul la pr\u00e9sidence en 1940.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il \u00e9tait en outre Maire de Thiais (val de Marne) Chevalier de la l\u00e9gion d\u2019honneur, m\u00e9daill\u00e9 militaire et Chevalier de l\u2019ordre de Saint Gr\u00e9goire-le-grand pour avoir cr\u00e9\u00e9 des \u0153uvres charitables et financ\u00e9 la construction de l\u2019\u00e9glise Saint Hippolyte dans le 13e arrondissement comme d\u2019ailleurs le carmel de Montmartre !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hippolyte Panhard est d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 en 1957<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>N\u00e9 en 1870 et fils de Ren\u00e9 Panhard, Hippolyte f\u00fbt tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t un des premiers pilotes automobile .
